My family and I, with children older than 10 years, were welcomed warmly, despite a late arrival. The inclusive atmosphere made us feel at ease, enjoying a tranquil stay amidst the stunning view of Lake Panguipulli and the majestic volcanoes in the distance.The staff's patience and attentiveness stood out during our stay. Although language barriers were present, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even customizing our meals to perfection. The peaceful setting allowed us to unwind, with the kids relishing in the sight of llamas and sheep grazing nearby.From the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast, Casa provided a family-friendly experience that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this gem for families seeking a welcoming retreat in a breathtaking location.
